Hi, I’m Brita Fajer.

I’m passionate about reconnecting to the body’s intelligence through whole foods, wholesome living practices, and appropriate movement. These wholesome practices develop a relationship with the body’s senses, the experience of nourishment, and reverence of the natural world creating a reciprocal expression of health.

The unconventional path to healing my own anxiety, depression, and disordered eating lead me to dive into the mind/body arts & sciences for an integrated view of the human experience. I have a combined 20 years of practice as an Ayurvedic Digestion Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Pilates Instructor.

I am humbled and in awe of the transformative power our mind and body has to heal itself when given the correct attention and right stimulus.
